It is Monday, again. This Monday is special, though. The masterpiece of today is the many service men and women who dedicate their lives for our safety. Without them, I may not have the freedom of speech that every writer needs.
Many of my family members have served their country; some still do. The masterpiece for today is the heartfelt thank you that I send out to family members of those who died to protect us and those who protect us now. Memorial Day, a time to celebrate the freedom we hold dear and remember those who provided protection so that we may do so.
Be safe today and remember the fallen.
